Administration Assistant

  • Responsible for ease of work and any Manager’s activities.
  • Provide correspondence on behalf of the company’s Manager.
  • Planning and organizing any meetings.
  • Responsible with every minute of the minutes written and attended.
  • Responsible for managing and re-evaluating the filing system.
  • Responsible for typing any company-related documents.
  • Reading and scrutinizing any letters, documents, analyzing information and initiating any communication with customers.
  • Responsible for maintaining/ organizing any Manager’s schedule with scheduled scheduling meetings, conferences, invitations and travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM1,100.00 to RM1,500.00 /month

Graphic Designer

  • Candidate must possess at least Certificates/ Diploma in Graphic Design or its equivalent
  • Positive attitude, presentable, team player & multi-tasker
  • Prior working experience will be an added advantage.
  • Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skill. Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
  • A fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
  • Must be able to produce graphic designs and materials using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
  • Knowledge in video editing and video making will be added advantage
  • Produce Facebook/ Instagram/ Twitter ads materials that are compliant to ad requirements.
  • Produce promotion materials for the Facebook/ Instagram/ Twitter/ Web.
  • Handle the company’s media and marketing department by preparing all the artwork, design, flyer, photo, and promotion.
  • Ensure all creative materials follow the Brand attributes and values.
  • Develop, plan and execute digital & social media strategies and campaigns to improve brand awareness.
  • Able to think out of the box

Job Type: Full-time

Customer Service Assistant

    • Advice communicate with customers through various methods such as phone, email, website or social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and others.
    • Responsible for providing general information about the products and services provided by the company to existing customers or existing customers.
    • Responsible for collecting/ storing personal information from customers whether new customers or old customers such as an address, telephone number, email and payment methods in a safe and confidential deposit.
    • Responsible for handling customer requests either product cancellation if there is damage and replace the new products.
    • Responsible to tell customers about sales ie there is a discount (%) or a special promotion.
    • Responsible for resolving any customer complaints and informing clients that their complaints will be addressed and informed to the management.
    • Always be concerned about participating in training sessions held by companies or outside of the company to learn about products and customer service to provide better service to customers.
    • Possess high skills in solving problems, negotiations, persuasion, critical thinking, and analytical skills.

Marketing Executive

  1. Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns
  2. Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences
  3. Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
  4. Sets marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels
  5. Develops sales strategies, and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.
  6. Answers questions from clients about product and service benefits
  7. Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information
  8. Writing and proofreading creative copy
  9. Maintaining websites and looking at data analytic
  10. Organizing events and product exhibitions
  11. Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
  12. Coordinating internal marketing and an organization’s culture
  13. Monitoring performance of sales and brand growth strategy
  14. Managing campaigns on social media
  15. Familiar with all company existing products and understand up and coming products
  16. Commit all events in local or outstation.
  17. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

  1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  2. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  3. Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.

Customer Support Assistance

1. Mahir berkomunikasi dengan pelanggan melalui pelbagai kaedah seperti
telefon, emel, laman web atau media sosial seperti Facebook, Instagram,
Twitter dan lain-lain.
1. Bertanggungjawab menyediakan maklumat umum mengenai produk dan
perkhidmatan yang disediakan oleh syarikat kepada pelanggan baru atau
pelanggan yang sedia ada.
2. Bertanggungjawab mengumpul / menyimpan maklumat peribadi daripada
pelanggan sama ada pelanggan baru mahupun pelanggan lama seperti alamat,
nombor telefon, emel dan cara pembayaran mereka dalam simpanan yang
selamat dan sulit.
3. Sentiasa menggunakan prosedur menggunakan skrip panggilan apabila
berbual dengan pelanggan.
4. Sentiasa memastikan peranti alat rakaman panggilan aktif dan memberitahu
pelanggan bahawa panggilan boleh direkodkan.
5. Bertanggungjawab mengendalikan permintaan pelanggan sama ada
pembatalan produk jika terdapat kerosakan dan menggantikan produk yang
baru.
6. Bertanggungjawab menggalakkan pelanggan untuk membeli barangan / produk
tambahan dengan menaiktaraf perkhidmatan dalam khidmat pelanggan.
7. Bertanggungjawab memberitahu pelanggan tentang jualan iaitu terdapat
potongan harga sebanyak (%) atau sedang mengadakan promosi istimewa.
8. Bertanggungjawab menyelesaikan sebarang aduan pelanggan dan
memberitahu pelanggan bahawa aduan mereka akan diambil perhatian dan
dimaklumkan kepada pihak pengurusan.
9. Bertanggungjawab memaklum kepada pelanggan dengan mencadangkan
tindakan susulan bagi penyelesaian apabila produk tidak berfungsi / rosak.
10. Sentiasa prihatin dalam mengambil bahagian untuk sesi latihan (training) yang
diadakan oleh syarikat atau luar dari syarikat untuk belajar tentang produk dan
khidmat pelanggan untuk memberikan perkhidmatan yang lebih baik kepada
pelanggan.
