Return & Exchange Policy
This Return & Exchange Policy is applicable only for purchases made through our Showroom, Sales Team & Website.
Return and Exchange are only for item that are defective or damaged from our side, or mistaken delivery.
We will not be responsible for item that are purchased through non-registered Agent. Kindly visit our Instagram @aleenaperintis for full list of Agent.
Return/ Exchange are strictly reserved case of product defects (AS IS ITEM EXCLUDED), Damages, or Mistaken delivery.
Exchanges are strictly allowed only for the same item and color.
Item must be returned within 14 days after receipt of the order.
Item must be returned in unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition with all tags attached.
Customer must consult our person-in-charge first( Customer Services) before proceeding with the returns/exchanges.
Customer must notify the person-in-charge on any postages made. – Kindly update the parcel movements to us (Tracking Number) – Customers will be responsible to ensure the item are safely delivered. – Postage costs for return of defective goods will be borne by us. Please send us the receipt for processing.
