Job Description Web Developer

5. Buddy up with the marketing team to optimize the website and improve conversion rate based on SEO principles.
6. Stay up to date on the latest emerging technologies and ensure the website is following the trend.

8. Assist in organize, execute & manage advertising/promotional campaigns/programs to increase sales & conversions.
9. Creative, positive attitude, responsible, high motivation and willing to contribute your unlimited ideas to achieve company objectives.
10. Responsible to manage e-commerce platform including create, edit and upload product photography and descriptions; and remove discontinued items in a timely manner.
11. Assist in conducting all product and promotional activity on website including campaign set up.
12. Ensure deliveries of goods on timely basis.
13. To collect, monitor and study business data to create customs reports that help control costs
14. To look at existing business processes and to make specific recommendations about what data needs tracking and how it can be used to improve operations.
15. Perform any other duties assign by the superior.
16. Basic understanding of sales funnel on website.
17. Design, develop and maintain company e-commerce websites and web-based application interfaces.
18. Good understanding of UI design and coding, including colour, typography, layout and common design patterns
19. Understanding of the disciplines and technical skill required to maintain and troubleshoot website.
20. Conceptualize and create intuitive, engaging, and brand-consistent web experiences.
21. Continually improve and optimize user experience for sites.
22. Ensure website stability via regression, support quality assurance, and perform unit and user-acceptance testing to identify bugs and ensure operations run successfully and smoothly.
23. Perform regular file backups to local directories for recovery.
24. Have a good understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
25. Basic SEO knowledge.
26. Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.
